The serum is Bio Rajeu — a professional line we buy in sealed 1.5 mL vials. The actives (peptides, Myrothamnus, hyaluronic acid) ride inside plant phospholipid micro-vesicles, which is the part that gets them past the surface instead of sitting on it. It firms; it doesn't exfoliate. That's why there's nothing to recover from.

Good questions

Do I need to book?

Brows, tints and wax — walk in Tuesday to Thursday and we'll usually fit you in. Facials, nails and anything on a weekend, book it.

Is any of this medical?

No. No injectables, no needles, no prescriptions. It's beauty work — topical, manual and wax. If you need a clinician we'll say so and point you at one.

What if I cancel?

24 hours, no charge. Less than that, half — the chair and the therapist are both blocked. Course sessions don't expire for a year, so missing a week is fine.

Do you patch test?

Always, for tints and lash work, and before any course. Two minutes, and it has to be at least 24 hours ahead.

Can I pay in instalments?

Courses can split over three months at no extra cost. Just say so when you book.

Gift cards?

Any amount, good for two years, spendable on anything. Emailed same day.

How old do I have to be?

16 with a parent's OK, 18 on your own.
